• Email and WhatsApp: if you contact us directly, the information in your messages and your contact details.
• Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not ask for payment details or government ID numbers through this website.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry, recommend equipment and prepare quotations (steps taken at your request before a possible contract).
• To follow up on the same project, and to provide after-sales service if you become a customer.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask us to.

Service providers

• Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our mailbox.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and handles security filtering.
• Email and WhatsApp providers carry the messages you exchange with us.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and China, where our sales team works. We share only what is needed for each service.

Cookies

This website does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, they will load only after you give consent, and this policy will be updated.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 3 years so we can continue the conversation about your project, then deleted. Records related to orders are kept as long as required for the contract, warranty and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing sales@roadmixa.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR), you may also have the right to object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and inquiry data is accessible only to the staff who handle sales and service.

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
