China is home to dozens of asphalt mixing plant manufacturers, and buyers from Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America and Central Asia increasingly source their plants there. The hard part is not finding a Chinese manufacturer — it is telling them apart. This guide groups ten manufacturers by what kind of company they are, so you can shortlist the right type before you compare prices.
Disclosure. This guide is written by Roadmixa, an asphalt plant manufacturer in Xuchang, Henan — and we are on the list. We have described every company, including ourselves, using the same criteria. Facts about other manufacturers come from their official websites and public company profiles as of October 2026; check them directly before you buy.
How we chose these ten
We included Chinese companies that:
- Build hot mix asphalt plants themselves (not only trade them), with asphalt plants as a visible product line
- Sell outside China and publish technical information in English
- Offer more than one plant type or capacity, so they can be compared with each other
Companies are grouped, not ranked. A ranking would suggest that one supplier is best for every buyer; in practice a city agency buying a 320 t/h stationary plant and a contractor moving a 80 t/h plant between provinces need different suppliers.
The ten manufacturers at a glance

Group 1: Large construction machinery groups
XCMG
XCMG is one of China’s largest construction machinery manufacturers, headquartered in Xuzhou. Its asphalt mixing plants (the XAP series — models such as the XAP80, XAP120 and XAP165 are listed by its dealers) sit alongside pavers, rollers and milling machines, so a buyer can source a whole paving fleet from one brand.
Strengths: brand recognition, financing and dealer networks in many countries, one supplier for plant and paving equipment. Check: asphalt plants are a small part of a very large company; ask who in your country supports the plant itself, not only the mobile machines.
SANY
SANY, headquartered in Changsha, is best known for concrete and earthmoving equipment, and its road machinery division also builds asphalt batching plants. SANY India, for example, lists SABP models from 120 to 180 t/h.
Strengths: global brand, strong in-country presence in markets where SANY has subsidiaries. Check: model availability differs by country; confirm which plant sizes are offered and supported in yours.
Group 2: Mixing-plant specialists
NFLG (Fujian South Highway Machinery)
NFLG was established in 1997 in Quanzhou and specializes in mixing plants for asphalt, concrete and dry mortar. The company states that its founder developed one of China’s first double-drum mobile asphalt plants in the 1980s.
Strengths: decades focused on mixing technology; broad range for large projects. Check: delivery times and service arrangements for export orders far from its main markets.
D&G
D&G was founded in Beijing in 1999, with headquarters in Hong Kong and a production base in Langfang, Hebei. It concentrates on medium-to-large asphalt plants and hot-mix recycling plants, and has designed plant series for other brands, including a partnership with LiuGong’s road equipment business.
Strengths: large stationary and recycling plants, engineering for demanding specifications. Check: best matched to larger outputs; small and mobile plant buyers may find a narrower choice.
Tietuo (TTM)
Fujian Tietuo Machinery, founded in 2004 in Quanzhou, focuses on asphalt mixing plants and hot recycled asphalt plants, along with RAP crushing and screening equipment. The company is publicly listed in China and states that its service network covers more than 50 countries and regions.
Strengths: depth in RAP recycling — useful if your project has a steady supply of milled asphalt. Check: whether you need a recycling-capable plant at all; RAP equipment adds cost that only pays back with regular milling work.
Wuxi Xuetao
Wuxi Xuetao Group dates from 1987 and builds asphalt mixing plants together with bitumen heating equipment — thermal oil heaters, bitumen melting units and storage tanks. It states that customers in the Middle East, Russia, Southeast Asia and Africa have bought nearly 2,000 pieces of its asphalt mixing equipment.
Strengths: one source for the plant and the bitumen system, which matters where bitumen arrives in drums or needs heavy heating. Check: compare plant and bitumen-system scope carefully between quotes, since Xuetao’s range covers both.
Group 3: Export-focused asphalt plant suppliers
LYROAD
LYROAD, founded in 2004, is headquartered in Zhengzhou with manufacturing in Xuchang. It offers one of the widest asphalt plant ranges among Chinese exporters — containerized, mobile, stationary batch, drum mix and recycling series — and publishes its website in six languages. The company states it has supplied about 500 asphalt plants to more than 90 countries.
Strengths: model choice, multilingual sales material, used-plant and refurbishment services. Check: with so many series, make sure the quotes you compare are for equivalent configurations.
Sinoroader
Henan Sinoroader Heavy Industry is based in Xuchang. Its company profile dates the business to 1993 and states that its first mobile asphalt plant was exported to Kenya in 1997. The range covers batch, drum and mobile asphalt plants plus bitumen equipment such as emulsion plants and distributors.
Strengths: long export history in Africa and Asia; plants plus bitumen equipment. Check: ask for references in your own country and the plant model you are considering.
AIMIX
AIMIX Group, based in Zhengzhou, sells a broad range of construction machinery — concrete plants, pumps, crushers and asphalt plants. It states that it has overseas offices in the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan and Uzbekistan.
Strengths: local sales presence in several Asian markets; one supplier if you also need concrete or aggregate equipment. Check: asphalt plants are one of many product lines; confirm the engineering team behind the asphalt range.
Roadmixa
Roadmixa (HENAN ROADMIXA Machinery) was founded in 2015 in Xuchang, Henan, by a team working with asphalt mixing equipment since 2013. We build five series from 40 to 400 t/h — containerized, mobile, stationary batch, drum mix and RAP recycling — and have supplied about 2,000 equipment units (all equipment types) to customers in more than 50 countries. We hold ISO 9001 certification and give a 12-month warranty under the sales contract.
What we focus on: matching the plant to the project — output after wet-season moisture, fuel and power on site, how often the plant will move — and practical support after delivery: installation supervision, operator training and spare parts. Our customers are mostly road contractors and public works agencies in Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America and Central Asia. We publish indicative prices so buyers can budget before they ask for a quote.
Check: we are smaller than the group brands above. If you need a local dealer with a parts warehouse in your city, ask us how support works in your country before you decide.
How to shortlist a Chinese asphalt plant manufacturer
Use the same checks for every supplier, including us:
| Check | What to ask for | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Real factory | Factory visit or live video tour; business license | Separates manufacturers from trading companies |
| Like-for-like specs | Drum size, burner rating, mixer kg per batch, baghouse area, installed kW | Same “120 t/h” label can hide very different machines |
| Bought-in components | Brands of motors, reducers, burner, scales, PLC | About half of a plant’s cost; decides reliability |
| References | Plants of the same type working in your region, with contacts | Climate, fuel and power in your country matter |
| Shipping list | Number of containers and flat racks, heaviest piece | Drives freight cost and inland transport |
| Installation support | Engineer days on site, what you must supply (crane, labor) | Often the difference between a two-week and a two-month start-up |
| Spare parts | First-year parts list, lead time, stock | Downtime in the paving season is expensive |
| Contract terms | Payment stages, inspection before shipment, warranty scope | Protects your deposit and your schedule |
