How a plant is built
Every plant goes through the same stages, whatever the series:
-
Engineering — the configuration is fixed from your project data: output, mixes, fuel, power, climate and transport. Layout and foundation or pad drawings are prepared for your approval.
-
Steel fabrication — plates are cut, rolled and welded into drum shells, bins, frames and the tower structure.
-
Machining and assembly — drum tyres and rollers, mixer shafts and drives, elevators and screens are fitted.
-
Electrical assembly — control cabinets are wired and the PLC and operator software are loaded with your language, units and recipes.

-
Surface treatment — blasting and painting, with corrosion protection chosen for coastal or humid sites where needed.
-
Pre-assembly and testing — main modules are trial-assembled and motors, drives and controls are run before dispatch.
-
Packing and shipping — each unit is marked against the packing list, with a container plan for your forwarder.
You are welcome to inspect the plant before shipment, in person or by video, or to appoint a third-party inspector.
Why buyers choose Roadmixa
- The plant fits the project, not the catalog. We size drum and burner for your real aggregate moisture, order the right voltage and frequency, and recommend the plant type by how often it will move.
- Transparent prices. We publish indicative prices for every series, so you can budget before you ask for a quote.
- Support after delivery. Engineers supervise installation and commissioning, train your operators on your own plant, and stay available by phone, WhatsApp and video. Spare parts ship by sea, or by air when it is urgent. See our service.
- One team from inquiry to start-up. The engineers who configure the plant are the ones you talk to after it is running.
